In recognition of LGBTQ Pride month in June, U.S. Soccer created rainbow colored numbers that the U.S. WNT wore on their jerseys during both of their friendly matches in Europe. These will later be up for auction and proceeds will benefit the You Can Play Project. WNT players Crystal Dunn, Megan Rapinoe and Casey Short spoke about the special significance of wearing these and honoring inclusion, respect and equality for all.
