Does stretching make you stronger too? Yes, but there’s a catch. It takes 30 minutes daily! It sounds excessive because it is, and if strength or muscle mass is your goal, there are much more efficient ways to do it.
You’re better off doing strength work and mobility work separately to achieve more results in less time. But do remember yang before yin, strength work always before deep stretches.
