Here’s My Complete Guide to Protein Supplements in Brazil 🇧🇷💪
I was at Pao de Acucar to check out protein supplements.
❌ Don’t get the Bold Bars:
This is a bad protein bar because it has lactose in it, which really messes up people’s stomachs.
❌ Whey Protein:
Again, I’m not a big fan of whey because it’s made with milk, and it also has collagen peptides in there.
You’re pretty much drinking cookies and cream with bones.
No thanks 😅
✅ Instead, get Bio2 Snack Bars:
I like this because it’s made of all-natural ingredients and is extremely macro friendly.
You can eat multiple of these because they’re so low in calories.
✅ You can also get Vegana Bars:
These are 100% plant based with 20 grams of protein.
There’s no lactose, so you won’t fuck your stomach up.
This is by far my favorite protein supplement here in Brazil.
