How do I approach building relationships with our clients? It's all about understanding what their needs are. Every customer's gonna be a little bit different depending on what their goals are, what they're trying to do within business. Understanding that's gonna help us deliver the best solution possible.
When I'm not working, I like to golf, I like to spend time with family, and a lot of time that involves going to the beach.
What's one piece of advice I'd give to a customer who's considering working with HESCO? We have a great team that has a lot of knowledge. We've been doing this for 80 years. We understand industrial automation and we can likely deliver the best solution for what your needs are.
Most rewarding aspect of my job so far is building a good team. We have a really solid team here at HESCO and we continue to build on that and that's driving a lot of our success.
