It’s Syrup Day! It’s actually GRAPE-O-LICIOUS day! I get a lot of requests here on Bar Talk & Cocktails to make a certain Cocktail or to craft a certain type of Syrup. Unfortunately for me there’s sometimes not enough hours in the day. A Grape Syrup for cocktails has been requested multiple times over the years by multiple viewers. So today I’m finally getting to make some! I love getting requests so keep them coming. Just know that I’m not ignoring them. It just takes me some time to work my way through them all. I hope you enjoy this Grape Syrup. Like most syrups I make, this one doesn’t always have to be used as a cocktail ingredient. It’s a fantastic dessert syrup. Especially over Ice Cream. Add some Brandy to fortify it and this syrup will take your next ice-cream dessert to the extreme!
