Today's Tranquilitee video was filmed on Captain's Bay on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. A remote beach, it is famous for its clear, blue waters and powerful waves. Set all the way out on the east end of Anguilla, it is a trek to get to this hidden gem of a beach. But, it is well worth the trip! Spending a moment here is "blue therapy" at its most beautiful.


There is nothing here except the pure beauty of the ocean, the sound of ocean waves and one villa on the beach's eastern shores. Shining a special shade of turquoise, these waters are oh so therapeutic.
