It’s vital that people’s voices and lived experiences are at the centre of decision making. Far too often, the needs and views of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities are left out of politics.
LGBT Foundation hosted an LGBT hustings event for the Greater Manchester Mayoral Election 2021. LGBT people across the city-region asked questions to candidates about key issues affecting them in this election.
The event was hosted by Kate O'Donnell.
