The London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS) Royal Scot Class 7P [Rebuilt] 4-6-0 No.46115 'Scots Guardsman' with Tour Promoter: 'The Railway Touring Company' and Operator as 'West Coast Railways Company Ltd' it's Called; "THE WINTER CUMBRIAN MOUNTAIN EXPRESS" from London Euston to Carlisle and Returned, and she was now arriving and approaches onto Platform Three was right here at the Carlisle Citadel Station.
