The Palestinian foreign minister has asked the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate alleged crimes by Israel against the Palestinian people.
Riyad al-Maliki wants it to examine illegal Israeli settlements on Palestinian territory, the treatment of Palestinian prisoners, as well as recent attacks that have killed many protesters along the Israel-Gaza border.
