Ingredients -:
1 Cup - Suji
3/4Cup/200ml - Water
1/2 Cup - Curd
1/2 Tsp - Salt
1/4 Tsp - Ajwain
For Tadka :-
1 Tbsp - Oil
1 Tsp - Chana Dal
1 Tsp - Urad Dal
1/2 Tsp - Rai/Black Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
1 Green Chilli
6-8 Curry Leaves
1 Pinch - Hing
1 Medium Onion
1 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp - Baking Soda/Eno
Ingredients for CHUTNEY :-
1 Tsp - Oil
2 Tbsp - Roasted Peanut
2 Tbsp - Dry Coconut Powder
1 Green Chilli
4 - Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger
Salt To Taste
1 Tbsp - Curd
● For Tadka :-
1 Tbsp - Oil
1/2 Tsp - Cumin
1/4 Tsp - Black Mustard
1 Red Chilli
6-7 - Curry leaves
