Please let me know what you think of these colors in the comments below. They are the same 3 colors I tested last week, but I increased the color concentration and changed chalk brands. A subscriber has a bakery supply business and she’s thinking about stocking some food coloring and she will be watching for everyone’s opinions. Icing often dyes similarly to chalk except that a carrier ingredient can be added to the icing to prevent the color change when dry (I.e. the purple drying with a green crust or green drying orange or black turning green or blue, etc…)
