This week we met with Jonavin Webb owner of Webb Fitness & MMA in Washington Township, NJ. Jonavin has been involved with mixed martial arts since he was 17, a former UFC fighter, and always has enjoyed being around the ring. He uses his experience to incorporate "fitness for all" ages ranging fro 3- 70+ years old who participate in boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu , and muay thai.
