While corporates have been seeking extension to hold AGM for the FY 2019-20 by filing e- Form GNL-1, MCA vide its Press Release dated 8th September, 2020 has issued directions to RoCs to issue orders thereby granting general extension for holding AGM for FY 2019-2020. Accordingly, there is no need to file a formal application in this regard. A total of 25 RoCs at present have issued such Order. The list of various RoC orders is available on the website of the MCA.
