Suam na Mais Ingredients:
- 400 grams glutenous or wax corn kernels, usually five cobs (the white variant of corn)
- 20 grams of ampalaya (bitter gourd) leaves
- 8 pcs shrimp, remove shells and head
- 1 shrimp broth cube
- 5 cups water
- 5 cloves garlic
- One medium-sized onion
- One tablespoon of fish sauce
- One teaspoon of salt
- One tablespoon canola oil
- Chopped spring onion for garnishing
