This recipe is a classic Chinese dish. This make a terrific side dish with any Chinese main course of your choosing. So simple yet super healthy and delicious!
Serves 3
INGREDIENTS :
1 Iceberg Lettuce
7 pieces dried black mushrooms
2 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Seasonings :
1/2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 Tbsp light soy sauce
Methods:
1. Clean lettuce, strip to pieces, soak black mushrooms until soft and cut to half.
2. Heat 2 Tbsp. Oil, stir-fry sliced garlic, remove. Add black mushrooms until fragrant, then put in lettuce and Seasoning, stir well and ready to serve.
Note:
If you would like to make the sauce sticky, add cornstarch solution to thicken.
