Kratom is a plant-based drug commonly ingested in the form of hot tea. Hamilton met with farmers in Thailand preparing it in a “4x100 cocktail", it got its name from its four main ingredients — kratom leaves, cough syrup, Coca-Cola and ice – but it's also said my some to contain human remains.
