Crockpot size: 6-quart
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
6-7 pineapple slices
10 maraschino cherries
1 vanilla cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
Directions: Coat crockpot with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine and mix melted butter and sugar. Layer the sugar mixture into bottom of crockpot. Place pineapple slices on bottom of crockpot and add maraschino cherry in the center of pineapple. In a large bowl, combine and stir cake mix, eggs, oil, pineapple juice, and water. Pour cake mixture into crockpot and cover crockpot with paper towel. Cook on high for 2 hours. Let crockpot cool for at least an hour before flipping onto plate. Enjoy!
