1. Rocky Mountain National Park Boondocking Locations - East Entrance
The main entrance on the park's east side, located on Highway 36 and 3.5 miles west of Estes Park, is the Beaver Meadows Entrance Station. One mile west of the park's headquarters and Beaver Meadows Visitor Center, this station usually receives the highest volume of visitors.
2. Rocky Mountain National Park Boondocking Locations North Entrance
The Fall River Entrance Station is north of the Beaver Meadows area on Highway 34, approximately four miles west of Estes Park. This station is .25 miles from our newest visitor center, the Fall River Visitor Center.
3. Rocky Mountain National Park Boondocking Locations South Entrance
The Wild Basin Entrance station serves visitors to the Wild Basin area of the park, approximately 19 miles south of Estes Park on Highway 7.
4. Rocky Mountain National Park Boondocking Locations West Entrance
The Grand Lake Entrance Station is on the park's west side, located approximately two miles north of Grand Lake. This station is .25 miles north of the Kawuneeche Visitor Center near the beautiful Kawuneeche Valley.
