Soup with Carrot and Celery Root . My Grandmother's Favorite Soup
As you already understood from my last videos, I really love soup with carrots and celery root. Any puree soup is a pleasure for me to cook and especially eat. So now watch my grandmother's favorite soup. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients:
Onion 1 pc.
Celery root 600 g.
Carrot 300 g.
Vegetable oil.
Vegetable broth or water 800 ml.
Cook 25 minutes.
Salt 1 tsp.
Oregano.
Cream 15% - 200 ml.
For decoration I took parsley, dried tomatoes and black sesame.
