Water ingress inside a car is a common problem and the cause is normally blocked drain holes. Water from the bottom of the windscreen should drain out into the wheel arches. But if blocked it ends up seeping into the cabin and you'll then find the carpets are wet in the footwells.
This is a common issue on the Renault Zoe and affects many other Renault models too.
In this video I show you how to solve the problem on a Renault Zoe and how to clear the windscreen scuttle drains, which then fixes the problem.
This video was filmed in February 2021.
On this channel is a similar video showing you how to fix this problem on a Renault Kangoo van - see [ Ссылка ]
