Kavita is an analytics leader and avid speaker with 15+ years of core hands-on experience in various industries. She is a Lead Consultant for Risk and Fraud Analytics at Tata Consultancy Services. Before this, Kavita has been the Head of Data Science at ISM and the Head of Enterprise Analytics at Vodafone. She has also worked with Fair Isaac, Experian, Accenture, and Infosys. During her career, Kavita has worked across multiple domains like Banking, Telecom, HR, and Insurance. She has an excellent record of leading performance-driven teams focusing on driving tangible business impact through Data Science. For her, getting up and learning every day is the only way you can excel in Data Science roles.
