Hey guys, as promised, this is EXACTLY what we did in physical therapy. Will this work for you? I can't say. But this is working amazingly for me, so I had to share!
Now, please note I am not a doctor, not a physical therapist, frankly I am in no state to offer anyone professional advice. That being said, this is working for me.
As I have noted in previous videos, I'm not 100% certain that what I have is Dystonia. Either way, this is working. The two things you need are a tension band, and someone else's help for at least ten minutes.
