City Manager Russ Blackburn talks about the City's Southern Grove Jobs Corridor and the private sector businesses already established there such as FedEx, and ones on the horizon such as Amazon, Cheney Brothers and Accel. The common thread among these businesses: they will be employing thousands of people at rates substantially higher than the average wage in the City.

Blackburn also shares an update about City Center. The City will now own and control City Center and the deal should close before March 2022. The City Center Master Plan will be updated with input from residents, creating a destination for the east side of Port St. Lucie.
