If you have noticed...I have been a bit M.I.A. My father has been fighting lung cancer for over a year. As his cancer progressed and he knew he was going to die I spent more and more time with him. The last 3 months I was at his side. Feeding him, changing him, washing his feet. I was helping in any way i could. It's what he would have done for me. The whole thing has been hard...I am desperately trying to get back in my grove. I never stopped flying, just editing. I have just been too emotionally and physically drained to edit.
With the passing of my father heavily on my mind I take to the skies at the Future site of the Dickies Arena. Once the sun started to rise the clouds gave off an Orange reflection on everything. It was a bit windy as you can see all the cranes are pointing in the same direction. This is something that only happens on windy days.(15-25 mph)
The 6S power cut right through the wind. I was shaking more than normal. Trying to be smooth was escaping me at points. The adrenaline was causing me to make more mistakes than normal. As usual I calmed down and got some dope footage.
Flying into the building from across the street got my blood pumping. One mistake and I would be trespassing to get my quad. The Orange glow caused from the sun rising through the clouds added a cool tint on things.
