HeroCare Connect is a program originated by Deborah Heart and Lung Center to best serve our military neighbors and their families. A partnership between Deborah and Cooper University Health Care, HeroCare Connect provides concierge navigation and patient service to improve access to high quality healthcare in a timely manner.
Through HeroCare Connect, Deborah and Cooper combine the collective expertise in over 75 specialties of two nationally-renowned medical centers of excellence, with state-of-the-art hospital facilities and outpatient locations resulting in broad access to quality healthcare services and diagnostic testing throughout Southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
