If you're anything like me, you can look back fondly on the days where 3D platformers truly were king of the hill! After Mario 64 set the standard, we were introduced to so many incredibly colourful worlds to explore as much as we wanted, joined by characters that were filled to the brim with playful personalties.
Don't Get me wrong, we've seen so much amazing innovation within gaming since then, with what seems like endless genres, mechanics and gameplay styles to enjoy whenever we want, but a part of me is still a little sad that 3D Platformers don't hold the same spotlight the once did.
Lucky for us, we've seen amazing new games, characters and developers pick right back up where they left off, providing us with games that feel so familiar, but still so new and exciting!

Hey all! Just a quick message to anyone who's interested! i know it's taken me another lifetime to get this one up, and i can't promise the next one will be much quicker, but i really am trying my best! I want to make sure every video improves over the last in some way, because if i'm not learning and improving, there's not much point to begin with!
I tried a few different editing techniques in this one and in general, i am happier with certain elements than i have been before, the voice over audio still needs a little work as well as the greenscreen! i had a lot of fun filming and editing that though so i have bought a new pull-up greenscreen to make it easier and quicker to incorporate into the editing, lots of fun ideas to mess about with in the next one! Everything else is just a case of learning how to speed the process up to try and get more than 2 videos out a year, fingers crossed that'll happen sooner rather than later!
