Hey guys, i bought this transmission swap for my truck and the previous owner installed the 1.375" input shaft from south bend and did not shim it. Thankfully he only drove it for a 1/4 mile or so and did not ruin anything. It was not tight enough to do damage but still way over spec. I made this video as a lot of people do this procedure and would like a tutorial so i made one. Hope it helps. Josh
