This enchanting boutique hotel feels wonderfully isolated, with only the sounds of trickling fountains and happy birds within. Close enough to the Monkey Forest sanctuary to hear and see some of the macaques, this group of ten bungalows, first built in 1995, is perched along the edge of a ravine, with a creek 100 meters below. Each bungalow is bright, airy, and individually designed in a traditional way. One cobblestone path meanders past ancient banyan trees to the sizeable pool.
