This hinge system only use 1" and 1/2" measurements so is a lot easier to follow along. This was a requested tutorial. Will accomodate a 3" spine.

First Sheet:
1", 1 1/2", 2 1/2", 31/2", 4", 5", 6", 6 1/2", 7 1/2", 81/2", 9", 10"
Second Sheet:
1", 1 1/2", 2 1/2", 31/2", 4", 5" Cut at 5"
