CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
Macros: 162 calories, 23g protein, 11.5g carbs, 3g fat
Ingredients:
-200ml Fairlife skim milk
-200ml unsweetened almond milk

-5g unsweetened cocoa powder
-3g fat free chocolate pudding mix
-15g zero calorie sweetener (I used Lakanto, discount code FIT15)
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
Macros: 184 calories, 24g protein, 15g carbs, 3g fat
Ingredients:
-200ml Fairlife skim milk
-200ml unsweetened almond milk

-3g strawberry jello mix
-80g chopped/blended strawberries
