► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 3 Circuits (2-3 upper body exercises per circuit)
✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1) Push Up + 2 Arm Reaches
2) Dumbbell Press Out and 4 Bus Drivers
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1) Single Arm Reverse Grip Back Row + Bicep Curl + Rotational Shoulder Press
2) Half Curl + L-Fly
3) Alternating Press Out (Dumbbell Punches)
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1) 1 Floor Press and 3 Skull Crushers
2) Tricep Dips
