In this video, we’ll explore the guests' reviews eligibility. Guests can leave a review after check-out via email or your property page. Guest review scores are based on your guests’ overall experience on a scale of 1 (Bad) to 10 (Excellent).

To enable captions, click the 'cc' icon in the video toolbar. To change the caption language, click the gear icon in the toolbar, and click 'Subtitles/CC' to select your language.
