¾ cup (85g) tapioca flour
¾ cup (85g) cornstarch
3 tbsp potato flour
3 tsp xanthan gum
1⁄2 tsp salt
3 large eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
gluten-free all-purpose flour,for dusting
Special equipment you'll need:
rolling pin
palette knife
plastic wrap
and a pasta machine if you have one!
