The patient came to us with a low blood count and was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome. Initially, we treated him with chemotherapy sessions in which he responded well and we started bone marrow transplantation. The infectious disease team, intensivists, Hematologists, and Hemoto-oncologists work together and screen our patients so that COVID-19 patients and non-COVID-19 patients are treated simultaneously and with utmost safety.
