Margaret Smith, Mother of 18-year-old Maxine Hambleton who was brutaly MURDERED, along with 20 others, by the IRA, in the 1974 Birmingham Pub Bombings has issued a writ to one of the main suspects Michael Patrick Reilly, who West Midlands Police questioned in 2020.

A writ has also been issued to David Thompson, Chief Constable of West Midlands Police for negligently conducting that questioning.

Maxine's Sister Julie is the campaign organiser for Justice 4 The 21, a campaign group who has been kicked in the teeth time and time again, not just by West Midlands Police but also successive Governments of both Labour and Conservative and successive Home Secretaries as well as 'The Establishment'

Pushed from pillar to post, denied Legal Aid, had to beg on the streets of Birmingham for funds to fight for the Justice our City, the victims, the injured and their long suffering families deserve.
