In this video we will see how to disassemble DVD drive and takeout Stepper motor mechanism to make CNC machine axis & we will also see how to do a test run of this stepper motor with L2393D Motor shield & Arduio

In this episode I have disassembled the head motor assembly and fitted the two stepper motors to a block of wood so that I can play about with them. All I have done is extended the wires to a breadboard so that I can manually step the motors using a couple of AA batteries.
