This is the best raid boss. Flat out.
How we did things:
Class setup-
1 Gunslinger Hunter w/ Celestial Nighthawk
1 Stormcaller Warlock
1 Striker Titan
Craniums:
We knew what craniums to place ahead of time because there is a pattern. Whenever you see a certain element you already know that spot on the 2nd damage cycle in the phase will be a specific element. So if you get Arc, Solar, Solar - You will know that the next damage cycle that phase will be Void, Arc, Arc. A Solar ball will always become Arc. An arc ball will always become void. A void ball will always be solar. Unfortunately we actually didn't get to do any double damage phases due to general sloppiness but we still managed the kill.
We knew this because of a useful post on Reddit. I would link it but I no longer have the link and don't know the users name.
On damage phases we basically dumped whatever we could into the boss and our warlock would do a bit of add control and do damage when the opportunity presented itself.
