This year we achieved our highest ever response rate, which means the actions we take are increasingly based on your experience of working with us.
Results have been published today, and we have improved in 96 out of 103 questions. This includes 9% more colleagues recommending UHL as a place to work and 5% more recommending UHL as a place to receive care.
