How to do it!

(In a command Block)

execute at @e[name=orange] run summon minecraft:falling_block ~ ~ ~ {BlockState:{Name:"minecraft:orange_concrete"},NoGravity:1b,Time:1}

Also set the command block to repeat and always active, then name a bat spawn egg "orange" in an anvil :)
