This is a restorative bedtime yoga class to help you fall asleep and to help you find anxiety and stress relief in the evenings. The poses and movements within this yoga class are also great if you experience insomnia. In this particular bedtime routine we will be using a yoga block. If you don't have one simply use a folded firm pillow that offers some height and pressure or utilize a bolster.
