Students of our Performance Academy performs Emancipation pioneer Lancelot Layne’s August 1st Day. Expressing the Historic fact of Trinidad and Tobago being the first country to set aside a special day to celebrate the emancipation of the African Slave. Point Fortin was the first borough to start the celebration, and all this is possible because of the resilience of the Late John G Cupid and Lancelot Layne.
