Primary ethnic rhinoplasty for a female patient who was bothered by the droopiness of her tip as well as dorsal hump. Techniques included dorsal hump reduction with ultrasonic rhinoplasty using the piezotome, and tip support with caudal septo extension graft, as well as tip graft.
