hey everyone! sorry for the delay with this video, leyts just say there have been a LOT of difficulties with my editing sofware recently lol (imovie fix up pls so i can consistently make my videos look good) todays video is all about the different ways you can 'visualise' your DR if you find it hard to actually visualise! i get a lot of questions about what to do if people find the visualisation part about shifting difficult (or have been diagnosed with aphantasia, which basically means you are unable to visualise imagery), so if you are one of these people then this video is for you!!
