As the closing event of the Milan Fashion Week, the Teatro alla Scala welcomes the best-known designers, fashion industry heavyweights and Hollywood stars with a green carpet. Another thing stands out is that all the celebrities are dressed up in sustainably made gowns.
Big names walking on the green carpet includes Julianne Moore, Cate Blanchett, Cindy Crawford, Alessandra Ambrosio, Anna Wintour, Armie Hammer, Ferruccio Ferragamo, Olivia Palermo, Donatella Versace, Pierpaolo Piccioli and Suzy Menkes.
Organized by Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana and Eco-Age, the second edition of Green Carpet Fashion Awards celebrates sustainability and eco-friendliness. Thirteen awards go to brilliant talents in fabric, production, retail and circular economy.
