a In the last week, the number of seismic events at one of the planet's most historically deadly volcanoes increased to record levels, with 11,000 such events occurring on a single day. And, there appears to be a new intrusion of magma pushing its way up through the glacier covered Nevado del Ruiz volcano in Colombia. As a result, its alert level was raised from yellow to orange for the first time in slightly more than a decade. This video will discuss the ongoing situation and what might happen next at this volcano.
