3/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cups peanut butter
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of butterscotch morsels
Cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter till smooth and fluffy.
Beat in eggs till smooth
Mix all-purose flour, baking soda and salt together and stir in bowl.
Slowly add dry with wet ingredients till smooth.
Place on lightly sprayed or parchment paper 2" apart using a small cookie scoop. Dip a small flat bottom glass into granulated sugar and press lightly on top of cookie.
Bake at 350 15- 18 depending on size place hot cookie pan on a cooling rack for a few minutes then remove cookies. Place cookies on a cooling rack Makes 12- 18 cookies
