✔ Ingredients:
◾ 900g Frozen Okra (Ladies' fingers or Ochro)
◾ 2 Potatoes, cut into wedges
◾ 1 large onion, finely chopped
◾ 4 fresh tomatoes, grated
◾ 2 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
◾ 1 handful of parsley, finely chopped
◾ Juice from 2 lemons
◾ 3 Tbsp Vinegar
◾ 4 Tbsp Olive oil
◾ Salt & Pepper to taste
