(21 Mar 2019) Malaysian Mohammad Haziq, who was killed in the New Zealand mosque shootings, has been buried with Muslim rites in Christchurch.
Haziq's father, Mohd Tarmizi, attended the funeral at the Memorial Park Cemetery on Thursday.
Families of those killed had been awaiting word on when they could bury their loved ones, as Islamic tradition calls for bodies to be cleansed and buried as soon as possible.
