Step 1:
Position you mouth correctly by making round shape.

Step 2:
Try to make sort coughs out of your throat.
Practice few times to make that short cough effect and sound.

Step 3:
Put the first and second steps together and try to blow out the O shape rings.

Is very important and thats how you push the air out of your lungs using your throat and thats how you making smoke rings!
