One great source of greens for the summer here in NE Florida is Egyptian Spinach. It loves the heat and is a wonderful green that goes back to ancient times in Egypt and the Middle East in general. My autofocus decided not to work so the first couple minutes of the video are a bit fuzzy and I want to apologize for the video quality. Either way the information is still sound so please excuse the technical errors.
